enue Code of 1986 is amended by adding at the end the

following new paragraph:

Section 9008 of the Patient Protection and Afford-

able Care Act is amended by adding at the end the fol-

lowing new subsection:

subsection (a)(1) with respect to any calendar year begin-

ning after December 31, 2017.’’.
