2.2

ThosedonatedbyForeignGovernmentsandBilateralandMultilateralInstitutions,ifcomplianceheretoisviolativeofthetermsandconditionsofsuchdonation;

ThoseusedforvisitingforeigndignitariesmaintainedbytheOfficeofthePresident OP -ProperandtheDepartmentofForeignAffairs;and

.

Thoseacquiredforon-goingprojectsfundedfromexistingofficialdevelopmentassistanceprograms.

2.3

Governmentagenciesshallmakeaninventoryofmotorvehiclesintheirpossession,prepareadisposalprogramforluxuryvehiclesasdefinedunderItem2.1hereof,andsubmitacompliancereporttotheDepartmentofBudgetandBudgetManagement DBM andOP,thrutheGeneralGovernmentAdministrationOffice GGAO ,followingtheformatunderAnnexAhereof.

2.4

Agenciesshallimmediatelydisposeofluxuryvehiclesbypublicauctionorsaleincompliancewithapplicablelaws,rulesandregulations.2.5ProceedsfromthesaleofluxuryvehiclesshallbeturnedovertotheNationalTreasury,inthecaseofnationalgovernmentagencies NGAs andSUCs;ortotheirrespectivecorporateoperatingfunds,inthecaseofGOCCsandGFIs;ortotheirrespectivelocalfunds,inthecaseofLGUs.Suchamountsremittedsmallbeautomaticallyappropriatedforthe.purchaseofnewvehicles,subjecttotheguidelinesprescribedherein,and

fortherepairofexistingserviceablevehicles.NGAsarerequiredto

submitaspecialbudgetforthepurposepursuanttoSection35,Chapter5,BookVIofExecutiveOrderNo.292,andareportofvehiclessoldandtheutilizationofthesalesproceedstotheDBMandOP-GGAO.
