 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. PROHIBITION ON ASSISTANCE TO PAKISTAN.

No amounts appropriated or otherwise made avail-
4
able to the Department of State or the United States
5
 Agency for International Development may be made avail-
6
able as assistance to the Government of Pakistan.
