Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. TRANSFER OF COAST GUARD PROPERTY IN JU-

PITER ISLAND, FLORIDA, FOR INCLUSION IN

HOBE SOUND NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE.

RANSFER
.—Administrative jurisdiction over the
6
property describe in subsection (b) is transferred to the
7
Secretary of the Interior.

.—The property referred

to in subsection (a) is real property administered by the

Coast Guard in the Town of Jupiter Island, Florida, com-

prising Parcel #35–38–42–004–000–02590–6 (Bon Air
4
Beach lots 259 and 260 located at 83 North Beach Road)
5
and Parcel #35–38–42–004–000–02610–2 (Bon Air
6
Beach lots 261 to 267), including any improvements
7
thereon that are not authorized or required by another
8
provision of law to be conveyed to another person.

(c) A
DMINISTRATION
.—The property described in
10
subsection (b) is included in Hobe Sound National Wildlife
11
Refuge, and shall be administered by the Secretary of the
12
Interior acting through the United States Fish and Wild-
13
life Service.
