Special Website and Social Media Project
: “The Tymoshenko Files”
We will discreetly prepare, implement and maintain, with frequent updates a news-style and content-rich information and social-interaction web site in English (and if desired also in Russian or Ukrainian) that documents and reports on
all the areas of Tymoshenko’s corruption and abuse of office and encourages
social interaction and sharing. The site will not be official, but it will be based upon and inspired by the work of Inna Bohoslovska, legislative expert, loyal patriot and investigator of Tymoshenko. It will contain articles, histories, documents, photos, videos and will feature Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and other ways of spreading the material further by sharing and viral distribution. The site will revolve around two main category areas (discussed below) that describe the real Yulia Tymoshnko and it will strip away the myth, legends and propaganda that she and her followers have developed, and enhance the credibility and reputation of the leadership of Ukraine. The whole site will be built with the concept of social media engagement at its heart. It will also be built with the idea that a number of key words when used on Google will take the web browser automatically to this site.
Specific Areas of Discussion
The website will be
clean and clear-cut
. Categories and sections will have clear titles and links to archive sections, focused on ease of navigation, interaction, and sharing through social media. The images and content will portray Bohoslovska as courageous, friendly and open, and Tymoshenko as conniving and sly

from the moment a user first arrives on the site until he leaves, the contrast will be graphically reinforced.
Information and topic presentation reinforces the theme.
Category One
: News-style reporting on events past and present, weaving together the investigation and journalistic information from news sources, in three sections: The Early Years, The Gas Princess, The Exploiter. Each article will follow a common theme that develops over time: the real Tymoshenko, culminating in a damning and documented mass of material.
Category Two:
A quasi-novella serialisation written in multiple parts, published at regular intervals

reader through her pirate business, her special acquaintances, the making of the Gas Princess, the makeover to patriotic

Videos and other multi-media engage the audience.
Resting below and between the lower archive areas of the categories will be the visual media of the site, with a link to the multi-media repository of the site. It will host photo, video, PDF documents, diagrams and presentations. All multi-media will be stored in standardized social media containers like video with YouTube, photos with Flickr, documents on Scribd, etc., thus having a direct social media link.
Additional sections
will enhance the authority of the site. Key filler areas will be Bohoslovska
’s
bio, and a set-aside area for blog posts (ghost)-penned based on the work of Bohoslovska, themselves serialising the investigation into Tymoshenk
o’s corrupt practices
and reveals of evidence, etc.
Social media use is at the heart of the site.
Every element of the site

will have social media elements and tools directly linked. Users will have their choice of social media tool to circulate and distribute content and to interact with the site. Common social media sharing tools (Facebook, Google+, Twitter, etc.) will be easily apparent. They will also be able to feature and start topics in user-submitted social media news networks like Reddit, Digg or StumbleUpon. A Facebook Likes box will be displayed on the right, and a Twitter feed box on the left, to add to the social theme of the site. We will utilise specially crafted social media campaigns to target users interested and ideologically in favour of the content to engage them and bring them into the circle of allegiance allowing us to organically flow
into outer spheres of social participants that don’t necessarily have the same strong views but are guided by
the thought leaders they respect. All content will be optimized and areas will be crafted specifically to enhance all
search engine optimisation
. We will utilise tools that increase and multiply the online presence and search engine rankings over time, whether they are broadly used search terms like corruption or narrow terms like Tymoshenko.
