Final additional inventory of questions: ALL questions have been fully answered:
From Jaren
I am seeking further comment on a previous question I asked about Kellogg’s.
*All questions about Kellogg have now been answered in the corresponding document. I asked Angie, who as I understand, represents WE (including both WE Charity and ME to WE)
what WE’s partnership with Kellogg’s is. I was told WE Charity is not a partner,
but no clarification was given related to ME to WE. *For your clarity, Angie does not represent both entities. She is simply serving as a single point of contact for your benefit and to assist you in this process to make it as easy as possible to garner information. As per emails, Scott Baker represents WE Charity, and Russ McLeod represented ME to WE Social Enterprises. I have an image and a web page that indicate that a partnership did exist. Can you please clarify if ME to WE is a partner or ever has been? The image is attached. *Comment is attached on this matter in corresponding document sent in this e-mail exchange.

Thanks for your prompt response. We will report that you deny any partnership. The focus of our story is directly related to the questions I have asked WE. *We interpreted your lack of willingness to provide clear claim as evidence of your awareness of the weakness and bias of your article, as you are not willing to allow response or fact-checking. Please send us the individual claim(s) you will be making in advance.
Can you also confirm whether or not ME to WE has a partnership with Hershey’s?

*ME to WE does not have a partnership with Hershey’s. ME to WE has never signed any documentation with Hershey’s, received funds from Hersey’s, or any other elements as traditionally defined to be a
partnership.

As a follow-up: Does ME to WE consider itself in any way affiliated with corporations that are part of the Track Your Impact program? As per our multiple previous statements on the mater, we carefully vet all partners who partner with ME to WE and
receive a ‘Track Your Impact’ logo on their products.

From: Jaren
You have denied that WE Charity or ME to WE have partnered with Kellogg’s. When we asked about Hershey’s, you only mentioned WE Charity’s connection to them. However, both
companies are also listed on ME to WE's Track Your Impact site under a category titled
“Partner". A source with direct knowledge of partnerships told us that Walgreens had discretion to select “supplier partners,” whose products were sold bearing the ME to WE logo, or
were sold in display cases bearing the ME to WE logo. How do you respond? Yet again, we must clarify that your source on this matter has provided you with a statement that is not factually correct. Given the multiple factual errors by your source, any responsible journalistic would recognize the inaccurate and bias nature of the comments which have completely discredited this source. Walgreens
did not
have discretion to apply ME to WE logos onto the product of any partner. The ME to WE logo or Track Your Impact logo is
only
applied to a product with the explicit permission of ME to WE. Stating that Walgreens could do so is a false statement. Walgreens, as a retailer, ran a limited time promotion for customer to purchase products in their stores, and Walgreens would give a donation to WE Charity and/or the ME to WE Foundation. The
 only
product that carried the Track Your Impact logo and/or ME to WE logo was a Walgreens brand of mixed nuts.
