AND

King’s College London, Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London, 16 De Crespigny Park, London SE5 8AF
(“the Contractor”) 1. The Contractor shall provide the Services described in the Statement of Requirement, in accordance with the Conditions of Contract, and the firm prices attached. 2. The Contract shall come into effect on 1st February 2013 until 31st January 2016. 3. Except where there is prior written approval from the Contracts Branch no payment shall be made for work performed which is outside the scope or period of the Contract.
