 Amy Woolf is a Specialist in Nuclear Weapons Policy in the Foreign Affairs, Defense, and Trade Division of theCongressional Research Service at the Library of Congress. Woolf provides Congress with information,analysis, and support on US and Russian nuclear forces and arms control. Woolf was a member of the ResearchStaff at the Institute for Defense Analyses and served in the Department of Defense on the 1994 Nuclear PostureReview. She has authored studies on the US-Russian arms control agenda, nuclear weapons doctrine, nuclearforce structure, and hypersonic weapons. Woolf has spoken at conferences and workshops on US nuclear weapons policy and congressional views on ballistic missile defenses and arms control. Woolf’s work has beenpublished by the Brookings Institution and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. She has alsoappeared in The Hill, Foreign Policy, Air Force Magazine, Arms Control Today, War on the Rocks, Russia Matters,National Interest, Cato Institute, Forbes, Time, and CNBC.
