December 21, 2020MEMORANDUM TO THE WARROOM AND AMERICAN REPUBLICFROM: PETER NAVARROSUBJECT: UPDATE MICHIGAN DATA IN NAVARRO IMMACULATE DECEPTION REPORT
At midnight on Election Day, President Trump was ahead of Joe Biden in Michigan by over 293,000 ballots.
i
As of December 21, Biden’s alleged margin of victory versus President Trump was approximately 154,000 ballots – a statistically improbable turnaround. This memorandum provides a Michigan update to the original Navarro Report. It calculates that there are over 379,000 potentially illegal ballots in Michigan – more than twice the alleged Biden victory margin. These 379,000 potentially illegal ballots have been called into question by three types of election irregularities – outright fraud in the form of dead voters; a significant process foul in the form of a failure to provide adequate voter identification check; and significant statistical anomalies in the form of inexplicable vote surges.
Dead Voters
An analysis conducted by Richard Baris, Director of
Big Data Poll
, on Michigan’s data voter rolls for the 2020 presidential election, found that approximately 9,500 voters confirmed dead through the Social Security Death index (SSDI) were marked in the state’s mail-in ballot voting database as having returned ballots.
ii
Also, another 2,000 voters in the Michigan voter rolls are 100 years old, and they are not listed as “living centenarians” in the state of Michigan.
iii
No Voter ID Check
The Texas lawsuit filed in the U.S. Supreme Court on December 7
thiv
contained data from the Wayne County Statement of Votes Report. This data reveals that 174,384 absentee ballots out of 566,694
absentee ballots
cast in Wayne County were illegally counted without individuals’ voter registration numbers. In other words, these ballots were not tied to a legally registered voter.

Inexplicable Vote Switching and Vote Surges In Favor of Biden
Based on an analysis of time-stamped data from
New York Times
vote tabulation updates on November 4
th
, we have learned the following:After President Trump had taken a substantial lead over Biden within a 9-hour period, within just 5 seconds at around 6:31 AM Eastern time,
vi
Joe Biden’s vote totals skyrocketed by 141,258
votes while Donald Trump received just 5,968 ballots in the same timeframe.
vii
Note that this Biden surge was over 30 times the expected count based on the preceding vote counting rates for each candidate near that time period.
