1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chair Ohrenschall at 7:01 p.m.
2. CITIZEN COMMENTS
Stacey Valenzuela from Kenmore expressed concerns about the City Manager being on the executive board for ARCH as it may be a conflict of interest. She expressed a need for more low to very-low income housing units in Kenmore and more transparency for Public Hearings.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
October 6, 2020 Meeting Minutes – A motion to approve as written was made by Commissioner Baker and seconded by Commissioner Mulcare. Commissioner Loutsis suggested a modification to the wording in the minutes. Commissioner Baker made a motion to accept the minutes as written with the additional wording Commissioner Loutsis suggested. Commissioner Mulcare seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by roll call vote. October 20, 2020 Meeting Minutes – A motion to approved as written was made by Commissioner Vanderlinde. Commissioner Olson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.
