“I agree that my organization has been impacted, including financially, by the COVID-19 pandemic.” “I agree that no person receiving services and/or assistance that is funded with these monies will be required to participate in any religious worship, exercise or instruction as a condition of receiving assistance. These funds will not be used to fund religious worship, exercise, or instruction.” “I agree that my organization may be required to provide receipts or additional documentation for up to 6 years following the receipt of any grant funding. If any of the expenses paid with grant money are found ineligible according to Federal Treasury or application guidelines, Grantee agrees to reimburse Commerce the full amount of the grant award.” “I agree that these funds will not be used for ineligible expenses under the federal CARES Act, which include: Personal non-business expenses (i.e., home mortgage, personal utilities); payment of state or Federal taxes; and lobbying expenses/activities.” I acknowledge and attest to the provisions above for the organization named below.
