To remove Federal funding from enforcing gun control.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Second Amendment
4
Preservation Act’’.
5
SEC. 2. APPROPRIATIONS LIMITATIONS.
6
None of the funds made available in any appropria-
7
tions Act for fiscal year 2021 shall be used to—
8
(1) enforce any measure, law, regulation, or
9
guidance issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco,
