wanted
to
give
you
a heads-up as logistically
it
will be tricky. A number
o
people who appeared on Scientology and the Aftermath will be appearing
to
answer questions following the tour. Downtown Pizza has agreed
to
e
a gathering place at the end
o
the tour.

(Apparently, Aaron Smith-Levin
just
booked a party at Downtown Pizza, not stating it had anything to do with the tour as Mr. Bunker claims.) 3. In February 2021 Mr. Bunker sent out a Tweet promoting the tour, also from
his official Twitter account.

4. Finally, since Mr. Bunker is using his official Twitter account to spread propaganda and promote his bigotry, I am providing a few documents so you have the complete context
of
this public records request and
so
that your files contain accurate information. Mr. Bunker describes the individuals he has encouraged to come to Clearwater to participate in the clearly bigoted activity he will be "hosting" as "appearing"
on
a tabloid TV show. More relevant to the City, however, is the following information about those participants, particularly Marc and Claire Headley and Mike Rinder:
a.
Marc and Claire Headley filed a frivolous lawsuit against the Church making the same sensationalistic claims they do today. The case was resoundingly rejected on Summary Judgment by the U.S. District Court in
2010 (over
10
years ago),
not only dismissing the Headleys' claims, but ordering them to pay costs
to
the Church totaling more than $42,000.00.
(The dismissal and sanctions were upheld in a unanimous decision by the Ninth Circuit Court
of
Appeals.)

b. Mike Rinder is Mr. Bunker's advisor and Mr. Bunker has posted a video,
proudly pointing to a "bobblehead doll"
of
Rinder's image that looks over Mr.
Bunker s
City Council office. But, Mr. Bunker is also well aware
of
Rinder's obsession with creating divisiveness -
specifically
in
downtown Clearwater.
I attach an example,
in Rinder
IS
own handwriting,
containing his selfdescribed
devious plan
to covertly obtain property (the One Stoppe Shoppe, owned by Paris Morfopoulos) as a vehicle to harass Church leadership in the hopes
of
extracting millions
of
dollars. You will note at the time he drafted his "devious plan," Rinder refers to his "Association
of
Independent Scientologists. Rinder pretended to be a "Protestant" Church
of
Scientology -and was even the first, albeit self-appointed, "Minister"
