on public records requests
I
have
made
for
any
and all
documents
to,
from or regarding
Mark
Bunker, where documents seem
to
be
mlssmg.
1.
We
are
very
concerned about Mr.
Bunker
not producing email correspondence he has had with
full-time
anti-Scientologist blogger
Tony
Ortega.
Mr.
Bunker
still has
not provided
an
email
he sent
to Mr.
Ortega prior
to
June
8,
2020,
when
Mr.
Ortega
stated
in a
blog posting
Mark [Bunker} sent

an email about his Disqus postings
and
asked
for
help retrieving them.

that email, he attached Scientology's most recent request from Flag Service Organization secretary Glen Stilo.
In
addition
to
my
general records request
of
June
29,
2020,
I
have specifically requested
this
document
in
requests on August
18,
2020
and
again on
December
14,
2020.
On
January
4,
2021,
Mr.
Bunker
sent an email
to Mr.
Ortega
stating
Can you help me? Glen Stilo is
asking
for
an email to
you
that
I can 't find. It's item
4
in this attached letter.
I ve
scoured
my
personal
and
city
email
accounts
and
I
don t
see any
email
I sent to
you
just
prior to
June
8th although we very briefly spoke on the phone on June 6th.

original email from circa June 2020 still has not been produced. Additionally, no response to the January
5,
2021 email has been produced.
We
reiterate
our
request for the documents.
2.
Mr.
Bunker
produced no records
of
text messages with Scott Thomas between August 24, 2020 and February 3, 2021 . Such messages would have been responsive to
my
requests
of
October 13, 2020,
November
23, 2020, and December 10, 2020. In response to
my
request January 25, 2021, Mr. Bunker produced text messages between him and Mr.
Thomas
from September 22, January 2, and January
8.

The
message on September 22 was
"Yup"
indicating Mr. Bunker was responding to something from Mr. Thomas. This indicates there is at least one message Mr. Bunker did not produce, and most likely more. Considering Messrs. Bunker,
Thomas
and Smith-Levin seem to regularly get together, as seen in the attached Facebook posting
by Mr
. Bunker on his Council member Facebook page,

I suspect there are other messages that were not produced. 3. After
my
letter
of
December 14, 2020, Mr. Bunker produced text messages he had not previously produced between him and Aaron Smith-Levin. However, it again seems he is not producing documents responsive to
my
request. I therefore specifically request he newly review and produce text messages between him and Mr. Smith-Levin between December 10, 2020 and February
4,2021.

On December 24, 2020 Mike Rinder sent an email
of
introduction between Mr. Bunker and Yulanda Williams, who had appeared as a guest on the now-cancelled anti-Scientology
Aftennath
show. We have received no other records
of
any communications between Mr. Bunker and Ms. Williams. Considering Mr. Rinder was introducing them, one would expect
at least some further correspondence. We specifically request such
communications.
5.
Mr. Bunker produced a Facebook private message conversation with a Buffie Gaiche Baril on January
1,
2021.
The
first message is from Mr. Bunker stating
"

This indicates there are prior messages that were not produced. We request all messages be produced.

Mr.

2021.
The
image produced shows there was a message prior to the
one
produced, that was not produced.
