Resolved,

That Christopher Asher Wray, Director of

the Federal Bureau of Investigation, is impeached for fa-

Articles of impeachment exhibited by the House of

Representatives of the United States of America in the

name of itself and of the people of the United States of

5

America, against Christopher Asher Wray, Director of the

6

Federal Bureau of Investigation, in maintenance and sup-

7

port of its impeachment against him for facilitating the

8

development of a Federal police force to intimidate, har-

9

ass, and entrap American citizens that are deemed en-

10

emies of the Biden regime.

The Constitution provides that the House of Rep-

12

resentatives ‘‘shall have the sole Power of Impeachment’’

13

and that the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investiga-

14

tion, as a civil officer of the United States, ‘‘shall be re-

15

moved from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction

16

of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Mis-

17

demeanors’’.

18

In his conduct as Director of the Federal Bureau of

19

Investigation, in violation of his constitutional oath faith-

20

fully to execute the office of the Director of the Federal

21

Bureau of Investigation, and, to the best of his ability,

22

preserve, protect, and defend, the Constitution of the

23

United States, Christopher Asher Wray continues to mate-

24

rially endanger the justice system of the United States and

3 empower President Joseph R. Biden, Jr., to persecute his

political adversaries at will.

ARTICLE I

Rather than adhering to an oath he took to defend

4

and secure our country and uphold the Constitution when

5

he was sworn in as Director of the Federal Bureau of In-

6

vestigation on August 2, 2017, Director Wray has will-

7

ingly refused to ensure that the laws passed by Congress

8

and signed by the President are faithfully executed.

9

Director Wray has failed to uphold his oath and has

10

instead overseen a denigration of the principles of our

11

democratic republic by utilizing the Federal Bureau of In-

12

vestigation as a Federal police force to punish or intimi-

13

date anyone who questions or opposes the current regime.

14

Director Wray has become a lackey of the Biden re-

15

gime, persecuting the enemies of his handlers, including

16

both public and private citizens. The FBI has taken un-

17

precedented actions to this end:

The FBI conducted an unprecedented raid on

19

the home of the 45th President of the United States,

20

Donald J. Trump, on August 8, 2022.

21

FBI whistleblower Garret O’ Boyle told con-

22

gressional investigators that the FBI created a ter-

23

rorist threat tag following the Dobbs Supreme Court

24

decision in 2022. O’Boyle confirmed that the pur-

25

pose of the tag was to target pro-life individuals.
