Reported comment, photo, phototag and reporter; Ignore caption on photo as it’s not relevant to the photocomment.
3-criteria rule: If the photo contains only one person, only one person is tagged on the photo and the tagged person is the same as the reporter, then CONFIRM under cyber bullying/attacks individual.
