AFFIDAVITI,RyanM.Taylor(hereinafter"Affiant"),SpecialAgentoftheFederalBureauofInvestigation(FBI),UnitedStatesDepartmentofJustice(DOJ),beingdulyswornanddeposed,statethefollowing:INTRODUCTIONANDAGENTBACKGROUND1.ThisAffidavitissubmittedinsupportofanapplicationunderRule4oftheFederalRulesofCriminalProcedureforawarrantpursuanttoacriminalcomplainttoarrestthepersonsknownasDOUGLASLWRIGHT,BRANDONL.BAXTER,andANTHONYHAYNEfurtherdescribedbelow.2.AffiantisaSpecialAgentwiththeFBIandhasbeensoemployedforapproximatelythreeyears.AffiantisalawenforcementofficeroftheUnitedStateswithinthemeaningofSection2510(7)ofTitle18,UnitedStatesCode,andisthereforeempoweredbylawtoconductinvestigations,makearrestsandexecutesearchwarrantsforfederalfelonyoffenses.3.AsaSpecialAgentoftheFBI,Affiantisresponsibleforinvestigatingviolationsoffederallaw,including,butnotlimitedto,violationsinvolvingterrorismandthreatmatters.Affiantistrainedinvariousaspectsoflawenforcement,includingtheinvestigationofconductconstitutingcriminaloffensesofinternationalanddomesticterrorismincludingthreatsandtheuseofweaponsofmassdestructiontocommitactsofterrorism.PriortojoiningtheFBI,AffiantservedforsixyearsasaCaptainintheUnitedStatesArmyasaMilitaryPoliceOfficer.Asamilitarypoliceofficer,yourAffiantinvestigatedcrimesandcarriedoutpolicingduties.Asaresult,yourAffianthasinvestigateddozensofallegationsofcriminalactivity,conductedinterviewsofdozensofsuspectsandvictims,andasaSpecialAgent,hasservedasaffiantonfoursearchwarrantaffidavitsandonearrestwarrantaffidavit.Additionally,asaSpecialAgent,yourAffianthasdirectedundercoveroperations,includingmostrecentlyoneinvolvingthesolicitationofahitmanovertheInternet.4.ThefactssetforthbelowarebaseduponAffiant'spersonalknowledgelearnedthroughtheinvestigationoftheFBI,aswellasinformationobtainedfromotherfederal,state,andlocallawenforcementagenciesandinformationobtainedfromadditionalsources.ThisAffidavitisbeingsubmittedforthelimitedpurposeofobtainingarrestwarrantsforDOUGLAS

WRIGHT(hereinafter,"WRIGHT")isdescribedasbeingapproximately6'1",165pounds,slightbuild,withblackhaircutintoaMohawkhairstyle,browneyesandisapproximately26yearsold.Asdetailedbelow,WRIGHThasbeenknowntousethealias"CYCO."BRANDON

BAXTER(hereinafter,"BAXTER")isdescribedasbeingapproximately6'0",180pounds,mediumbuild,withblondehair,blueeyesandisapproximately20yearsold.BAXTERhasbeenknowntousethealias"SKABBY."ANTHONYHAYNE(hereinafter"HAYNE")isdescribedasbeingapproximately6'0",mediumbuild,browneyes,blondehair,andapproximately37yearsold.Asstatedbelow,HAYNEusesthenames"TONY"and"BILLY."8.TheConfidentialHumanSource(hereinafter"CHS")hasbeenworkingasasourcefortheFBIsinceJuly20,2011.TheCHShasacriminalrecordincludingoneconvictionforpossessionofcocainein1990,oneconvictionforrobberyin1991,andfourconvictionsforpassingbadchecksbetween1991and2011.TheCHSiscurrentlyonprobationinCuyahogaandLorainCountiesforpassingbadchecks.SinceJuly20,2011,theCBShasbeenpaidapproximately$5,750forservicesand$550forexpenses,theCHShasnotbeenpaidsincebeginningher/hisprobation.Duringthereportingperiod,theCHShasmadeaudioandvideorecordingsandprovidedinformationandintelligencethathaveledtotheopeningofseveraladditionalinvestigations.YourAffianthasbeenabletocorroborateinformationprovidedbytheCBSandtheinformationhasproventobereliable.9.TheUndercoverEmployee("UCE")hasbeenemployedbytheFBIforoverISyearsandhasbeenworkinginanundercovercapacityforI0years.TheUCEhasreceived2
