Unlicensed Practice of Law

UPL is a 3d felony subject to 5-yrs in prison (§454.23), defined by Florida Bar Rule 10-2.1(a): Unlicensed Practice of Law. The unlicensed practice of law shall mean the practice of law, as prohibited by statute, court rule, and case law of the state of Florida.
