• Former Captain of The Ohio State University Wrestling Team
• Three-Time All American Wrestler for The Ohio State Buckeyes
• Television Commentator for the Big 10 Network
• A successful entrepreneur and motivational speaker
• An actor in the Oscar nominated film, FoxCatcher with Steve Carrol, Channing Tatum, and Mark Ruffalo
• A health and nutrition expert helping individuals, organizations, adn corporations live healhier and more successful lives. 
 
J. D. is also an all around great guy.  He truly a heart of gold. I am honored to have him on this podcast. He has much to offer educators, students, entreprenuers, families, and all individuals. 
 
While JD is not an educator in the most traditional sense of the word, in that he doesn't have a traditional classroom that he reports to, he speaks and influences thousands each year teaching and helping them live a healthier and more productive life.
 
My vision for today’s podcast is to offer educators and listeners something truly unique, the chance to sit down and get some advice from an accomplished Olympic athlete. We will cover some time management and productivity tips, talk about education, and discuss some facts and myths about health.
