PROPOSALS

• Proposals should include an Operational Requirements Worksheet (ORW) • ORW is produced using POLAR ICE software, linked through Fastlane or polar.org
– Allow sufficient time – Use the tutorial, help files, and online help – Be as thorough and accurate as possible

• Once funded, project specific planning may begin a year or more in advance • Support Information Package (SIP) due 15 April • Similar to ORW, SIP is produced using POLAR ICE • SIP should reflect ORW, only more detail
