Armature coil
An
armature coil is a critical part of any electrical motor, whether the motor uses alternating or direct current. It is the part directly responsible for transforming electrical energy into motion. An armature, also called a rotor, is a rotating part inside an electric motor. One or more way that their coils of wire are mounted on it. It is located between two or more magnets so that it is constantly exposed to a magnetic field. A magnetic field in accordance with Oersted's Principle. The coils are oriented in such a magnetic When the motor is switched on, current flows through the coils on the armature. This gives them fields push against the fields of the magnets they are mounted between, causing the armature to rotate. The rotating armature turns the motor shaft to which it is attached.
Motor shaft
The rotor is the non-stationary part of a rotary electric motor, electric generator or alternator, which rotates because the wires and magnetic field of the motor are arranged so that a torque is developed about the rotor's axis. In some designs, the rotor can act to serve as the motor's armature , across which the input voltage is supplied.
Coil sets
Honeywell Electronic Materials (HEM) is the leading supplier of high purity Ion Metal Plasma (IMP) coil sets for VECTRA and ELECTRA process chambers. Coil sets are consumable products that support IMP sputtering technology for physical vapor deposition (PVD) processing. ApplicationsIMP coil sets are used together with sputtering targets in Applied Materials VECTRA IMP and ELECTRA PVD sputtering chambers to promote directional sputtering. Coil sets are consumed in the process and are replaced during routine chamber preventive maintenance. Electron Beam (EB) welded configurations are one piece designs that are used in next generation IMP sputtering technology.
Lamination
A laminate is a material that can be constructed by uniting two or more layers of material together. The process of creating a laminate is lamination, which in common parlance refers to the placing of something between layers of plastic and gluing them with heat, pressure, and an adhesive.
Bearing The aim of drive systems in modern rail vehicles is to offer comfortable traveling conditions economically and with low noise disturbance. Schaeffler Group Industrial develops and manufactures rolling bearings for traction motors that are designed especially for these applications.
Brush
A brushed DC motor is an internally commutated electric motor designed to be run from a direct current power source.
