Your student card
This is your Library and ID card Always have your card with you when you visit the library. You will need it to enter and exit the building.
It contains your Account ID – you need this to log on to the computer and Library systems.
You also need your PIN which will be emailed to you for using the printers and requesting and renewing books.

Getting started
Activate your computer account
Username: Your account ID e.g. 12123456 Password: Your date of birth in the format monthddyy e.g. september0180

You will be prompted to change your password

Printers & photocopiers
• Black & White printer/photocopiers • Colour printers/photocopiers • Print from any computer or your laptop to any printer on campus, using your:
User code: your Account ID PIN: 4 digit number (University email account)

Undergraduate students can borrow up to 16 books at a time. Loan periods • 24 hours • 3 days • 1 week • 2 weeks (normal loan) You can find books on the Library Catalogue at: http://catalogue.library.lincoln.ac.uk
