CONCLUsION v Participation in twelve weeks of yogic asanas training program resulted in decrease of Body fat and body Weight in mid life women. children with problems. Improved Self esteem Increased Self confidence Helped the subjects face the challenges of mid life and stressful events relating to aging parents. marital difficulties or financial woes. The subjects improved their knowledge about Yoga and they were happy to make Yogic training a regular fitness program to maintain an ideal body composition and weight v v v v 10/17/12 .
