INSIGHTS AND HIDDEN OPPORTUNITIES
Interactive Ads In this gallery, before I entre the store, I notice that they don’t have ads of their stores, so they have the space but they just don’t use it. I took a picture of a Banner That just says : «Bienvenidos» but it’s too old and it’s not effective. Opportunity: Rent this space to get intcomes from this space.

Smell They don’t use the olfative marketing, so they don’t commnicate to the insconcious Mind of the people (the limbic brain or the reptilian brain). Opportunity: Sell to this gallery the olfative marketing service to increase their sales.

Music They just don’t have music or something like this. When you are in this gallery you just can hear the cars near the gallery. Opportunity: Play music from 80’s or 70’s acoording to their target, and with this people will feel nostalgic and with this they feel happier and then spent more money in this gallery.

PLATANITOS: SHOES STORE

Smell They have a lemon distinct smell, but their brand is «Platanitos» that means banana in

English, so I think that they have to change the smell into a banana smell, to increase
their awareness and with that their sales. Products

The purses are in a non accessible locations, and that’s the reason why woman don’t
buy too many purses in this store. Just changing the purses location, the store will increase their sales in this category. They don’t have impulsive items near the cash register, so they are losing sales.

Music They play pop or hip hop music to get people’s attention.

Products
Price of the products area not easy to find. Smell

They don’t have a distintive smell.

YUKIDS

Products Parents have to wait to their kids, but in this situation parents get bored waiting, so

this store could rent different media like newspaper or tablets with wifi access, or sell
different newspaper or magazines. Also This store could sell coffee or something related to food to this parents. Also they can obtain more information about the kids, for example birthday, or something else to get more opportunities. Also this store could have toys in this place, and Kids play in this place with that toys,

and then kids would like to get someone when they have to leave from this store.

ALTOMAYO COFFE SHOP

Environment This store «Altomayo naturalmente bueno» don’t have nothing natural in their

infraestructure or decorating (only the coffe beans ). They should have plant or tree,
or just flowers along the coffee shop, also they just have a coffee smell, but their chairs don’t feel natural, They should have wood chairs or something more natural.

REPSHOP – LISTO CONVENIENCE STORE

They don’t have a clear differentitation, so this store looks very similar to other convenience stores. They don’t have many impulsive products near the cash register. People don’t want to stay so long in this place because they don’t feel comfortable.

PINK – BIJOUTERIE STORE

This store «Pink» use black as a principal color in their brand, but is something confuse, will be better a pink color in their brand. Also their floor is just black, and their infraestructure is so formal, that the majoritiy of women or girls don’t want to stay so long in this place.
