ROBERT MORRIS SCHOOL #18

ROBERT MORRIS SCHOOL # 18

I attended Robert Morris Kinder Garden through the Fifth grade. This school was well rounded and helped me develop socially and educationally. This is where I first learned it all. The teachers pushed me to do things I thought I could never do like learn English.
Yet we should never become frustrated when a student doesnt understand something. Our positive and patient response to questions builds an immediate and lasting truth that transcends

christa McAuliffe middle school.

I attended Christa McAuliffe Middle School six through seventh grade. I experienced my first educational struggles in this school. During my two years at McAuliffe, I realized how horrible I was at mathematics. I can honestly say that none of my teachers were effective so I decided to transfer out. There are thousands of role-modeling moments during a day of teaching, but few of them are opportunities waiting to be seized.

Ronald Regan Academy

Ronald Regan Academy

I attended Ronald Regan Academy my last year of middle school, Eighth grade. During my last year of middle school, I found my passion to become a teacher. I had a specific teacher named Mrs. Hernandez. Our class was the first class that she ever taught and she was a natural. She motivated me to pursue teaching. She was fair and reasonable. I truly loved her. Be fair. Be reasonable. You will grow as a teacher, and your students will amaze both you and themselves as they flourish in the safe haven you have built.

Thomas Jefferson Arts Academy

Thomas Jefferson Arts Academy

I attended Thomas Jefferson Arts Academy during my four years of high school. My high school was a very violent place. Something happened almost every day where the cops had to get involved. But besides the negative aspects, I chose to teach secondary English education thanks to my teacher Mrs. Harms. She changed my life because she was more than my teacher she was my friend. She would share things with me as if we were best friends, and I was honored to attend her wedding the summer of my senior year. With experience, patience, and lessons learned from failure, you can create a classroom based on trust.

Bloomfield College

Bloomfield College

I am currently on my second year of attending Bloomfield college and it is a great experience. During my first year I was lucky to have great professors that actually care. Now that I am on my second year, I am convinced that my professors will continue to enhance my educational experiences and I will continue to grow to become the teacher I yearn to be.
