The Industrial Training was a successful programme as it has helped me to become more oriented in the practical aspect of my discipline; introducing me to a new sphere of knowledge in;
production of precast concrete components, experience on project site management,  preparation of work progress report, Physical measurement and survey works site records and supervision works, preparation of materials schedules among others.

For better and more effective scheme in later years, I would recommend the following: The Government through the Industrial Training Fund should ensure that students on industrial training are supervised regularly. The student must constantly strive to acquire knowledge and expertise in their field by paying careful attention to details during the training.
