 Students
working part-time in a trade (chef,
mechanic, graphic arts…..) are eligible for:
 16 credits
 $1000.00 scholarship if they achieve 67% in Grade 12
and still employed in the trade 6 months after
graduation.
 Students may put their hours worked towards becoming
a journeyman in their trade

 Students interested in specific programs


could attend Kwantlen while also attending
high school.
– Programs include welding, horticulture, auto
parts, drafting, and masonry.

Work Experience Program
 Students complete 90 hours of work experience and
receive 4 credits. Some time outside of school is
required for the completion of this course.
