INTRODUCTION
Employee Involvement: When employees participate directly to help an organization fulfill his mission & meet its objective by applying their ideas, expertise and efforts towards problem solving and decision making.

Employee participation can be divided into: representative participation, direct communication & upward problem solving. Employee involvement is something that can be present at varying degrees within an organization and is reinforced by leadership, culture & environment.

Work Environment: Work environment can be identified as the place that one works. i.e. in an office building in a cube, at home at the kitchen table, from a car or truck, at a construction site. All are environment. We tend, however to heat about healthy work environments, This can point to other factors in the work environment such as co-workers, air quality, ergonomics seating, management, child care, parking, noise & even size of ones cube. A work environment does not require a job. It requires that work has to be done in some place.

Data: Primary Data: Personal Interview, questionnaire Secondary Data: Journals & Internet Statement of the Problem: In our country employees are working for a lower wages and poor working condition. Their quality of work life is very low. So for development of our country employee development is necessary. In this study mainly focuses on how to improve the employee participation & quality of work environment. In HeroMotoCorp Ltd. What are the programs used for improving the employee involvement activities & employee work environment & what is the effect of that program.

Objectives of the Study: To understand how company engages employees in the work through employee involvement, from which it is increase their efficiency and motivation power. To understand the need and importance of employee participation in management activities. To understand present level of work environment in plant.

We shall create a safety culture in the organization by: Integrating safety and health matters in all our activities. Promoting safety and health awareness amongst employees, suppliers and contractors. Continuous improvements in safety performance through precautions besides participation and training of employees. Ensuring compliance with all applicable legislative requirements. Empowering employees to ensure safety in their respective work places.

Employee involvement in HeroMotoCorp

HeroMotoCorp provides various opportunity for employees to participate in management decision making and express their views, i.e. open door policy, suggestion box, re-union party, picnics, casual group discussions etc. Employees their believes in self motivation and help each other to learn by sharing their knowledge and caring each other.

Problems employees facing


Gear phase & steel phase should be cleaned regularly. Bad and unpleasant smell comes from canteen. Process of complaint solving is not up to the date, it must be done weekly. Due to in-proper exhaust system in production dept. humidity level is high.

Findings & Suggestion


Findings: When we analyze the work pattern, we will find that nothing separates much one employee from another, whether employee god or bad it depends on the opportunity & environment he gets at the workplace. Its been proved that employee who is emotionally attached & intellectually connected or bound with the company, committed towards its value & passionate about his goal is the best one. Suggestion: Gear phase & steel phase should be cleaned regularly. Bad and unpleasant smell comes from canteen.
