40.1 Equivalents Record Forms (ERFs) PART IV, Agency Specific Expenditure Items National Budget Memo. No. 112 s. 2011

Lump-sum appropriations for the reclassification of teaching and related teaching positions in DepEd based on ERFs of incumbents approved as of April 30, 2012 shall be provided on the basis of actual requirements.
Appropriations for ERFs shall not exceed the FY 2012 budget.

1. Updated SERVICE RECORD. The applicant must have rendered at least one (1) year continuous service.

Duly accomplished ERF (in 3 copies) .2. Latest performance rating should at least be very satisfactory 3.

2011.DO No. 97 s. The Revised Guidelines. provides the new rules and criteria for promotion of SCHOOL HEADS through reclassification. .

MASTER TEACHER POSITIONS: 40.2 Provision for Master Teacher Positions. The conversion of existing teacher positions to Master Teacher positions shall be allowed provided that the lump-sum appropriations for the purpose shall not exceed the FY 2012 budget: .
