i10 comes in both manual and automatic transmissions.

Effective ABS (Anti Lock Braking System).

It also offer an optional sunroof, making it the first small car to have
this feature.

It has a Rotary type AC Vents that can give you a cooling comfort in
summers and i-shift that makes the changing of gears an easy task.

There are total 7 outlets in Mumbai out of which one is


in Navi Mumbai that is Sharayu Motors in Turbhe.
Promotion
They are using. Shahrukh Khan as their Brand Ambassador
since the launch of i10 in the market. They are using Satellite
Media, Print Media, Road Shows for promotion. They also
advertise in various malls around the country by educating the
people about the new launched car.

The dealer like SHARAYU MOTORS use local print media


that is newspaper and they also take the help of hoardings at
various places. The after sales service is one of the important
promotion strategy of sharayu motors as they provide 2 years
warranty for unlimited run of kilometer which no other
automobile company offers today.
Target Customer

The target customers of this model particularly are


Executive class people whose age group lies between 25-
35 years.

 According to the income level they are targeting middle


and upper middle class people. They also attract the
college going population to some extent.

Demand Forecasting

Estimate of expected demand over a specified future period is


called as forecast demand.

The expected demand of i10 in coming six months is between


500-600 units considering the festivals during these time period
like dassera, diwali and new year.

Upcoming Developments

As the demand for i10 from the day of launching is


increasing tremendously the Hyundai motor company is
planning to launch new versions with various features. As
Per the need of the customer. Also they are planning to
launch there Diesel version of I10 by end of this year.

Hyundai will be manufacturing all small cars in India and


these would be sold globally. They are launching the new
model i20 by the end of this year.
Negatives Of i10
Front resembles Maruti Suzuki SX4

A little expensive as compared to its size and features.

Similar to the popular Fiat 500, i10 has dashboard


integrated center console instead of conventional floor
shift pattern

Rear is like Honda jazz.

Fuel capacity is 35 Ltrs., which is comparatively less.


Conclusion

After the survey conducted by our group we conclude


that light moving vehicle have booming business in
India as well as all over the world. As the need of the
small cars is more in country like India companies
today give more emphasis on the manufacturing of
small cars.
