JOB SUMMARY
Manager responsible for Review and submit KPCs long term and mid term business plans in order to provide business direction for Top Management in achieving KPCs long term business goals. Review and analyze current business conditions, including coal price analysis, mine development plan, economic changes. Analyse and prepare companys annual budget. Provide Reports for internal and external parties such as : KPCs strategic and operational plan report, monthly operational cost and companys budget utilization report, RKAB, SDR report, etc. Analyze project and investment plan. Develop and maintain appropriate and efficient operating procedures and practices.

Plan, direct and monitor all activities within the Accounting and Tax Department to ensure KPC has a financial system with appropriate controls, policies and procedures in place to enable the production of timely, accurate, complete, consistent and reliable financial information. There are three (3) positions reporting to the Manager Accounting & Tax. They are the Superintendent Cost Control, Superintendent Financial Reporting and Superintendent Tax & Government Impost. Their responsibilities are: Superintendent Cost Control: The completion and submission of responsibility center financial performance analysis, together with advice and guidance on specific, technical cost control issues Superintendent Financial Reporting: Responsible for the overall preparation and accuracy of GAAPcompliant corporate financial statements and other financial reports of company-wide operations. Superintendent Tax and Government Impost: The management of strategies, policy and procedures to meet Indonesian national and regional taxation obligations and other government impost (including royalties) applicable to KPC and institutions under KPC.

Provide annually an assessment on the adequacy and effectiveness of the organizations processes for controlling its activities and managing its risks in the areas set forth under the mission and scope of work. Coordinate with and provide oversight of other control and monitoring functions (risk management, compliance, security, legal, ethics, environmental, external audit) Periodically provide information on the status and results of the annual audit plan and the sufficiency of department resources.
