Roles and Responsibilities
 1. CHAIRMAN

 Roles and Responsibilities:  1. Shall be ultimately responsible in the company’s overall emergency preparedness and response, including the provision of adequate resources to ensure competency and effectiveness of Emergency Preparedness and Response Team and the company’s compliance to applicable legal requirements concerning Emergency Preparedness and Response.  Training Needs:  Common Skills: EPR Course

Shall be mainly responsible for building-wide emergency planning and evaluation. Responsible for the execution of plans and procedures in case of emergency and sees to it that these are reported to the President and other Management Teams relayed to all employees.  2. .Roles and Responsibilities  2. assists the President and heads the team in the absence of the president. DEPUTY MERGENCY PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE (EPR) TEAM LEADER  Roles and Responsibilities:  1.Roles and Responsibilities  3. . and obtaining appropriate training materials. MEDICAL TEAM  Roles and Responsibilities:  1. Shall be mainly responsible for plant-wide cases that need immediate medical attention and setting-up of first-aid treatment facilities  Training Needs:  Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support  Common Skills: EPR Course .Roles and Responsibilities  4.

 2. Assists and coordinates with the First Aiders in conducting firstaid treatment.  Company Nurse  Roles and Responsibilities:  1. Responsible for the provision and control of emergency medical supply and equipment stored at the clinic and to safeguard against deterioration of drugs and medicines including the supply of oxygen and the breathing apparatus. Return the containment materials and PPE used to its proper places. Clean affected area and bring back to normal condition as soon as possible. Mainly responsible in containing and collecting spill chemicals and prevent further health and safety hazards.
