PLATFORM AND HELP CENTER FOR TELEDIAGNOSYS AND TELEINTERVENTION FOR THE PLANT MANAGEMENT IN HAZARDOUS SITUATIONS .

and each industry . has been strongly changing over the last two decades towards fully electronic control and automation systems. namely safe automation technology. .Introduction  A long time very conservative environment.  In the market of diagnosis of industrial processes there are several software services which are specific to each producer and every application .

Introduction  The diagnosis and debugging system will analyze the process data in real time by the specialists working in the centre using remote desktop. via internet. .

Agenda  Project Approach  System Architecture  Objectives and Activities  Expected Results .

Key Words  Help – center  Tele – diagnosis  Tele – intervention  Hazard  Risk .

via internet.Project Approach  This project aims to achieve a software packet unique on the Romanian market. bringing new features event to the international market.  This kind of application runs remotely. . supervising and tuning the control loops even if they are effected by different kinds of perturbations.

 The software package can be used permanently for the analysis of several the control loops or to monitor the performance of already tuned loops. .Project Approach  The main advantage of remote tuning system is the possibility of intervening at any time and from any place in the world.

Project Approach  The diagnosis service will continue to improve . linking them together will be proving to be a key factor in decision making in future activities. witch will have multiple solutions .  This will have a eloquent impact on the problem solving time as well as on non-functioning time in an hazardous plant . through knowledge data base building for more then one application in the same centre .

System Architecture .

by flexibility and openness of the system. which recommends it for new projects or updating old ones. .Objectives and Activities  To underline the importance of this project in our firm’s activity we will consider two defining aspects: to show the innovative character and the integration of the software package in SIS SA activity.  The project’s relevance can be proven not only through a modern approach or by functions and facilities offered compared with other classic diagnostic systems but also by a modular approach.

Objectives and Activities  Project’s objectives:  Creating a remote connection in safety conditions using modern means of communication which implies the Internet and dedicated software.  Obtaining a diagnostic and debugging system for supervised automation systems with a nonconformingrunning .

Objectives and Activities  Project’s objectives:  Generalizing the software package: diagnosing and debugging will be made no matter the manufacture of the automation equipment or the mode of communication between them. . at the Help Centre level. due to the Internet facilities. OPC standard  By developing this project is ensured the knowledge assembly ( know-how) for all activities.

Expected Results  Remote diagnosis will offer industrial companies the opportunity to:  run test services for software and instrumentation  verify and modify settings  upgrade software .

which will have as a first advantage no time zone difference  the diagnosis will be done online . and they can work together with the local system engineer. an engineer on site will no longer be necessary. which will reduce maintenance costs.Expected Results  The clients will have a direct benefit from this service  they can solve their problems without calling long distances numbers .  can have training courses for new operators .  experienced engineers will have direct access to the system.
