What is an amendment? An amendment is A change or addition to a legal document which, when properly signed, has the same legal power as the original document.

 The

amendment that is, for changes in the constitution written words. (Google, formal amendment process).

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

This effects me because it aloud me to say my opinion, and feelings with out wearing to get arrested.

This affects me because it allowing me to vote for who I want and the state taking us more series as adult's.

This affects me because as a citizen I have the same protection as others and I'm not judge by my color skin or may culture or they don’t look at my parents and say “oh there Mexicans they don’t deserve are help.” All they care is you’re a citizen.

This affects me because this allows all the children that have parents from other country to vote with out getting discriminated.

This affects me because it makes me conference of my self and protect my family against any one. It also makes me feel good that they can't go there to my house and ask for my papers or go search because I have the right to say no.

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

This affects me because schools get more help and because it helps us to get more medical help also its helping people that don’t get enough money to pay medical attention or there medicines.

No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

We no longer need this amendment because the military army have built military bases where the solders my say and live there.

All immigrants who have lived here 5 or more years and not been arrested should be aloud to work and get educated.

This is important to the country because we have people working for us that are immigrants and this will help them be some one better and they wont be afraid to come out and work for us. Because they are afraid know that they know people who's trying to kick then out of here and that’s what they are afraid off. This will aloud to have a equal peaceful life's.
