The needed funds to keep opening, facilities that are needed for the homeless are just not there. -Fundraising ideas are limited and require a lot of volunteers -Even free, rundown buildings require proper funding to maintain -A lot of volunteer workers do it for free to be able to provide services as a way of making up for the poor funding
