What is a DISASTER ACTION TEAM?
A

disaster control group or reaction team organized in schools/offices/establishments that is tasked to implement pre, actual and post disaster related activities.

IT IS MANDATED BY LAW .Why organize a DISASTER ACTION TEAM? ORGANIZATIONAL PRINCIPLES 1.

Who comprises the DISASTER ACTION TEAM? The DAT should be staffed or composed of personnel/occupants chosen on a best qualified basis .
