U – Tugs, launches and barges are available with DHIL,

A – The port cargo is generally handled with cranes. Port
R users have to arrange the same from private parties,
A as this facility is not available at the Port. Captive
T jetties are fitted with cargo handling equipments
– Dahej is connected to Bharuch (distance 45 kms) and
Vadodara (108 kms) by road. The nearest railway
station is Bharuch on broad gauge trunk route. The

Mundra
P Mundra is a GMB lighter port and has a private salt and

bentonite (Ashapura) loading jetty. It is situated in Bocha

T Creek, in the Gulf of Kutch on the west coast of India.

Godown facilities of about 2400 sq.mtrs. are available
O Jetties & wharfs for lighters and barges – 2m depth.
F Salt loading jetty for (small) coastal vessels.
Mundra is connected to Gandhidham by road and then
G by National Highway and by broad gauge railway to the
U rest of India. Nearest airports are Kandla and Bhuj

A Import: Timber, Waste Oil, Waste Tyre, Dry Dates,
R Fertilizers and Iron Scrap.

P Kandla port is situated in the Kandla Creek and is
O 90 kms. from the mouth of the Gulf Of Kutch. It is a
