STRONG PREPARATION EQUALS A STRONG FINISH

Building your people to last

- If we give proper preparation for the encounter then they will have a better encounter and if they have a better encounter then they will be more likely to finish post encounter.

Luke 14:28-30 1. Pay the Price For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enough to finish it lest, after he has laid the foundation, and is not able to finish, all who see it begin to mock him, saying, This man began to build and was not able to finish?

1. Pay the Price -We must stop leaving buildings unfinished

- Make up your mind to do whatever it takes to consolidate and to do it well

How do we pay?
1. Time 2. Money 3. Ministry

2. Lay the Foundation

Matthew 7:24-27 Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.

- The foundation must be laid before the house is built

- We cannot send our people to the encounter without first laying a foundation in the ministry of Gods Word

Who will bring them Gods Word?

Romans 10:14 14 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?

- It is our job to see that they are ready, laying a foundation takes time and cannot be rushed

How do we lay a foundation?

1. Consolidation teachings Go over Holy Ghost Before the encounter

2. Help them to raise the money P700.00

3. Get them to commit to cell and church every week.

3. Do the Work
1 Corinthians 3:9, 12-14 For we are Gods fellow workers; you are Gods field, you are Gods building. Now if anyone builds on this foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, each ones work will become clear; for the Day will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire; and the fire will test each ones work, of what sort it is. If anyones work which he has built on it endures, he will receive a reward.

- Do not watch the work, work the work. - We are Gods fellow workers, so we must work with Him.

What is the work?

1. Phone calls and visits. 2. Make sure they get to all events. 3. Help them prepare a testimony put them to work

14. If anyones work which he has built on it endures, he will receive a reward. - A reward is given only if what we build endures and lasts
