His Physical Aspect

There is no full description in the Gospels. But we can figure out several things from the Gospels. According to data He was between 30 and 36 at the time of his death. He didnt wear anything different from the regular tunic, belt, robe He used beard and hair but probably not as long as sometimes is shown, as was customary for Jewish men.

He took care of his body

When you fast, anoint your head and wash your face. He washes the disciples feet (John 13:5) He reprimends the pharisee, you did not give me water to wash my feet (Lk 7:44)

His human apperance was probably very appealing

Mark several times talks about his look, He looked at them and said Mk 3:5.25 / 5:32 / 8:33 / 10: 21-23.27 His eyes were strong, his look was remarkable.

Strenght : He must have been really strong and capable of consistent efforts: walking, sleeping outside.
No accounts of him being sick He used to wake up early: (Mk 1:35 / Lk 6:13) He loved mountains and lakes, goes there to pray He walked long distances, all the time

He probably was hungry and thirsty more than once: (passage of the Samaritan woman at the well, John 4) He didnt have a house, probably slept outside many times No time to eat: Again the crowd gathered, making it impossible for them
even to eat Mark 3:20

He spend long time with the sick, and even with adversaries, the saducees and pharisees. Long time talking to the apostles and disciples. He never lost his composure: He woke up, rebuked the wind, and said to the sea: Quiet! Be still Mark 4:39

He lived self-mastery, He was always in control.

His Character
His body was strong how was his soul?

His town folks said:

He is out of himself (Mark 3,21)

Pharisees and Sadducees said he worked for the devil:

This man drives out demons only by the power of Beelzebul, the prince of demons. (Mathew 12:24)

He had a strong resolute will, totally drawn towards his goal, his mission:
Doing the Fathers will: not my will but yours be done (Luke 22: 42)

He is clear when He speaks:

I came to I didnt come to ; Yes and No are clear in Him I didnt come to bring peace but the sword (Mathew 10:34) I didnt come to call the just but sinners (Mathew 9:13)

I didnt come to be served but to serve and give my life for many (Mathew 20:28) I have come to set the earth on fire (Luke 12:49) Come after me, and I will make you fishers of men (Mark 1:17) He who loves his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it (Luke 9:24) This is my body This is my blood (Luke 22:19-20) He knows what He wants even from childhood: At 12 years old: Did you not know that I must be in my Fathers house (Luke 2:49) He strongly rejects those who tell Him not to die:
Get behind me Satan! You are an obstacle to me (Mathew 16:23)

He is willing to continue on his own if everyone leaves Him:

Do you also want to leave? (John 6:66)

He asks a lot from his disciples; He is heroic and asks for heroism:
No one who sets a hand to the plow and looks back is fit for the kingdom of God (Luke 9:62) You will be hated by all because of my name, but whoever endures to the end will be saved (Mathew 10:22) "Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me; and whoever does not take up his cross and follow after me is not worthy of me". (Mathew 10:37-38)

He is always consistent, his whole being is unity, clarity, firmness, purity, truth.
Let your 'Yes' mean 'Yes,' and your 'No' mean 'No.' Anything more is from the evil one. (Mathew 5:37)

The people were astonished at his teaching, for he taught them as one having authority (Mark 1:22)

He is a compelling leader:
Then he called them. So they left their father Zebedee in the boat along with the hired men and followed him. (Mark 1:20)

The disciples and the people respect Him, even fear Him; his actions are radical, He rejects what is evil:
He throws out the salesmen from the temple and no one answers back

He uses strong clear words, He talks with passion:

Do not think that I have come to bring peace upon the earth. I have come to bring not peace but the sword. (Mathew 10:34) Then I will declare to them solemnly, 'I never knew you. Depart from me, you evildoers. (Mathew 7:23) Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites You serpents, you brood of vipers. (Mathew 23:29,33)

His sense of reality

He is always aware of his mission and identity:
I AM the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6) I AM the bread of life; whoever comes to me will never hunger. (John 6:35) I AM the vine, you are the branches. Whoever remains in me and I in him will bear much fruit, because without me you can do nothing. (John 15:5) I AM the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness (John 8:12) I AM the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep. (John 10:11) "I AM the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. (John 11:25) "I AM the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. (John 10:9)

He was active, not passive or static:

There is no account of Him having ecstasies, losing his conscience or senses. There are supernatural situations in his life: angels, demons, voices from heaven, but
Jesus never gives us the impression of a weird, bizarre, odd person this things appear natural, He doesnt seem to be a conflicted man

He is conscious of his vocation and his will is not weak.

He knows what he is called to be and do:

In front of temptation his NO is radical.

His answers are clever and logical:

Then repay to Caesar what belongs to Caesar and to God what belongs to God. (Mathew 22:21)

His sight goes beyond human actions:

Others, to test him, asked him for a sign from heaven. But he knew their thoughts. (Luke 11:16-17)

His mind was turned towards high ideals and also towards simple things:
His parables are an example of this, He explains his message using common ideas: fishermen, farmers, plants, trees, vine, houses,
sheep, coins, judges, banquets, marriage feasts, carpenters.

He attends weddings, spends time visiting friends, talking with different people, rich and poor, simple and educated.

He spends time praying, even after hard work:

he departed to the mountain to pray, and he spent the night in prayer to God. (Luke 6:12)

He knows human nature. He doesnt idealize men. He knows of our weaknesses and contradictions. Even about his own apostles:
He said to them in reply, "O faithless generation, how long will I be with you? How long will I endure you? " (Mark 9:19) Do you not yet understand or comprehend? Are your hearts hardened? Do you have eyes and not see, ears and not hear? (Mark 8:11-18)

He knows all men are sinners

If you then, who are wicked, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good things to those who ask him. (Matthew 7:11)

Let the one among you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her. (John 8:7)
The first words of his public life are: Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. (Matthew 4:17)

but still He loves us to the end

As the Father loves me, so I also love you. Remain in my love. (John 15:10) He loved his own in the world and he loved them to the end. (John 13:1)
