 Bahria Town was established in 1995 when Mr. Malik Riaz laid its first stone at Rawalpindi having a vision beyond imagination. Land acquiring problems at start. People do not want to change in org, outside, giving a nice lifestyle demands high price. Some dealers monopolized forms for registration which is solved by introducing hoe plus cards. Etc.
