GOAL ATTAINTMENT APPROACH
The goal attainment approach to organizational effectiveness states that, ‘an organization is effective to the extent that it accomplishes its stated goals ’.

SYSTEM RESOURCE APPROACH
The system resource approach to organizational effectiveness states that, ‘an organization is effective to the extent that it has continued availability of inputs and positive acceptance of outputs ’.

INTERNAL PROCESS APPROACH
The internal process approach to organizational effectiveness states that, ‘effectiveness is the ability to excel at internal efficiency’.

STRATEGIC CONSTITUENCY APPROACH
The strategic constituency approach to organizational effectiveness states that, ‘the control of critical constituencies will bring about effectiveness in the organization’.
