•The department is located at the 2nd, 3rd and 5th floor


of the hotel, and includes 9 elegant event rooms
including the Grand Ballroom.

•The banquet manager is at the top of the


organizational structure and he is the one who
gives instructions to the banquet coordinator ,
asst. manager and to the supervisor.
•Captains are the ones who carry out the
instruction given out by the supervisors and
there are station captains to assist the captains.
