PAYATAS B ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

HISTORICAL BACKGROUND OF THE SCHOOL
Payatas B Elementary School (PBES) was named after its local barangay, Payatas. It is divided into two: Payatas A (area A) and Payatas B (area B). Because of its ample area, it was established equally for distribution of government services. It was established in a private property along Madjaas Street, Group II in 1982.

Make the rules and consequences clear. . Get to know better your subordinates. Walk around and observe that everything is in order. Know the time needed for a task’s completion. Be a role model.

RECOMMENDATIONS  Attend in service trainings/seminar to become aware of the CSC Rules and Regulations. Teachers should be provided with hand-outs/ pamphlet/ of CSC Rule and Regulations.  An open-line communication between the school principal and teachers should be enhanced through frequent dialogue.  .
