Assemble in the plenary and Group wise ask every one to present their concern/issue along with the solutions suggested..45 minutes

Time frame in which they would implement or tackle the issues/concern10 minutes

Step-7 Conclusion

Ask few the benefit of AL Exercise and conclude that through this exercise many issues in the Group/Organization can be resolved
