La piel es el mayor organo del cuerpo humano .En Mexico las enfermedades de la piel reperesental del 6-24% de la consulta pedriatica y generalmente no son manejadas adecuadamente . es la barrera natural mas importante contra las infecciones y difiere en los niños . Los diferentes desordenes geneticos y la herencia de nuestros padres juegan un papel importante en la manifestacion de muchas enfermedades de la piel . Otro factor importante para el desarrollo de la enfermedades de la piel es la etnia. la prevencion de las instituciones de salud. Desde el principio de nuestra vida humana la piel va cambiando y es expuesta a agentes irritantes y agentes infecciosos. adultos y ancianos. Las enfermedades en la piel son mas comunes en los niños. condiciones ambientales y socioeconomicas en el que se desarrolla el humano.

En conclusion lo que esperamos encontrar con este estudio es comprobar que la prevalencia de dermatitis atopica es elevada en la poblacion pedriatica 8 .9.9% en comparacion a la mexicana de 14.
