Hipsters / culture the urban culture of hipsters hipster is represented by young people, most of them aged between 20 and 35 years, showing independent thinking, trying to move away from the fashions of the moment, dressing and listening to non-commercial music. They reject the excessive consumerism, putting aside of local trade and respect for the environment. It is a little homogenous group with large differences between them, not having as much cohesion as other urban cultures. This is due to the personal search of own thought, and his attempt to get away from the present

Origin
Is linking this urban culture with the indies and even the hippies. Its origin emerged in the mid-20th century (1950), though he disappeared and returned to use in the late 1990s, although it was at the beginning of 2010 when has been popularized and spread this urban culture.

Typical attire

Rappers

Rappers
Rappers are young that the musical genre of rap and hip-hop like. Its origin is returned to the 1970s, when did the rap in the slums of New York. The high point of this urban culture was at the end of the 1990s. Despite this, during the 21st century the genre of rap is still going strong.

In Nezayork violence is a way of life.They wear baggy clothing; paint graffiti or gang tags, which are called placazos, on the walls of the houses; and engage in driveby shootings with neighborhood enemies.

What does being a Cholo mean?


It also means belonging to a cultural movement that includes a wide range of urban popular art such as the mural, the placazo, low-riders (cars and bikes fitted with special accessories, and painted with striking colors and shapes), comics, film, music, and the special arrangements of their clothing and personal items.

Values

They learned them from relatives or friends who spent many years outside of Mexico working as espaldas mojadas in the United States.
