INTRODUCTION 1

As you know, national service has entered the 11th year since its inception in 2004. NATIONAL SERVICE TRAINING has four modules including physical module, module Nationalism, Building Module Character and Community Service Module.

PHYSICAL FITNESS

FIRST AID
In the first aid course you will be introduced first aid equipment and the use of the tool. After that, you will be introduced to the types of cuts, type of fracture, shock, poisoning and others. And after you have that, then you are taught the techniques correctly wraps and what should you do when facing with the actual situation. For example, if you stumbled upon an unconscious and needed cpr, you should know how to do cpr and knows how pressure and breathing exhaled you had to do.

WATER TRAINING
For water training courses, you will be exposed to the techniques of proper swim. Monitoring will be done by the facilitator when you do water activities and if there is a weakness they will improve the deficiencies. other than that, rescue techniques will be taught proper to avoid things go wrong. For example if a trainee drowned during water training progresses, the lessons you have learned during the course can you use to save someone's life.

HIGH ROPES
High ropes activity that is liked and very dangerous if we do not have expertise in this area. In this course, you are taught to handle activities, taught about the equipment and use, and much more. In addition, you will also be taught how to make a proper bond because in this activity you will use it during this activity runs especially during the rescue. Examples of such high ropes, Catwalk, Burma bridge, flying fox and abseiling.

PHYSICAL FITNESS
Physical fitness is the capacity and ability to perform daily physical activities without getting tired. According to Bompa (1983) level of physical fitness can be traced through the willingness and ability of the individual to do any physical activity where the measuring and evaluation can be performed when the body works under stress and physical ability.
In physical fitness courses, teachers will be introduced to exercises used in the camp for example aerobics, senamseni and static exercise.

MARCHING EXERCISES

The purpose of marching is character development, selfforming skills, form of leadership and self-confidence and develop a spirit of cooperation within the group.
In the course of marching teachers will be taught how to properly march, marching sentence using the language, and learn the movements in this marching.

MARTIAL ARTS

TTS is a martial art (SMD)


Taught to military personnel it is used to close or close quarter situations. Possession techniques TTS is due to defend themselves when necessary in all circumstances one should not be proud of when to capture the knowledge of self defense. The purpose of martial arts is to build self-confidence discipline and cultivate the habit of keeping healthy through exercise.

NAVIGATION

Navigation is also one of the lessons in the module JLKN. In this navigation, we are taught how to look at the map, find bearings, find directions, counting back bearing and others.
You will move in a group to find the things that have been hidden from you. For example You will be given a compass and you should find a bearing that was given by your coach.

CONCLUSION

The courses provided by JLKN a self-development program. With these courses we can build self-confidence to face challenges without fear.
