Introduction
ERP systems - software tools used to manage enterprise data help organizations deal with supply chain, receiving, inventory management, customer order management, production planning, shipping, accounting, human resources management, and other business functions introduces best practices which are defined as simply the best way to perform a process.

Major ERP vendors, include SAP, Oracle, J D Edwards, Baan and PeopleSoft - support major functional areas of the business - sales order processing, purchasing, production planning, financial accounting, management accounting, human resources etc. Most firms implement single ERP package rather than selecting different modules from different ERP vendors.

ERP HR (Human Resources) Module
