More issues crop up frequently because things are bad I need to be seen as a leader (even when things are bad and my role is clearly not defined and have a new boss) Should be seen as proactive in action and behavior even when I am emotionally upset conflict Emotionally disturbed Cannot be Proactive because I am emotionally disturbed 3 .
