2 Corinthians 5:1-10
2 Corinthians 5:1
1 For we know that if the earthly tent
we live in is destroyed, we have a
building from God, an eternal house
in heaven, not built by human hands.
TNIV
2 Corinthians 5:2-3
2 Meanwhile we groan, longing to be
clothed with our heavenly dwelling, 3
because when we are clothed, we will
not be found naked. TNIV
2 Corinthians 5:4
4 For while we are in this tent, we groan
and are burdened, because we do not
wish to be unclothed but to be clothed
with our heavenly dwelling, so that what
is mortal may be swallowed up by life.
TNIV
2 Corinthians 5:5
5 Now the one who has fashioned us
for this very purpose is God, who
has given us the Spirit as a deposit,
guaranteeing what is to come. TNIV
John 14:12
12 Very truly I tell you, all who have
faith in me will do the works I have
been doing, and they will do even
greater things than these, because I
am going to the Father. TNIV
2 Corinthians 5:6
6 Therefore we are always confident
and know that as long as we are at
home in the body we are away from
the Lord. TNIV
2 Corinthians 5:7
7 We live by faith, not by sight. TNIV
2 Corinthians 5:8
8 We are confident, I say, and would
prefer to be away from the body and
at home with the Lord. TNIV
2 Corinthians 5:9
9 So we make it our goal to please him,
whether we are at home in the body
or away from it. TNIV
2 Corinthians 5:10
10 For we must all appear before the
judgment seat of Christ, that
everyone may receive what is due
them for the things done while in the
body, whether good or bad. TNIV

Ephesus write: These are the words

his right hand and walks among the
seven golden lampstands. TNIV
Revelation 2:2-3
2 I know your deeds, your hard work and
your perseverance. I know that you
cannot tolerate wicked people, that you
have tested those who claim to be
apostles but are not, and have found
them false. 3 You have persevered and
have endured hardships for my name,
and have not grown weary. TNIV
Revelation 2:4-5
4 Yet I hold this against you: You have
forsaken the love you had at first. 5
Consider how far you have fallen! Repent
and do the things you did at first. If you
do not repent, I will come to you and
remove your lampstand from its place.
TNIV
Revelation 2:6
6 But you have this in your favor: You
hate the practices of the Nicolaitans,
which I also hate. TNIV
Revelation 2:7
7 Whoever has ears, let them hear
what the Spirit says to the churches.
To those who are victorious, I will
give the right to eat from the tree of
life, which is in the paradise of God.

Conclusion:
1 Corinthians 13:12
(Contemporary English Version)
12 Now all we can see of God is like a
cloudy picture in a mirror. Later we will
see him face to face. We don’t know
everything, but then we will, just as God
completely understands us. CEV
